**Job Purpose**
- Supervise 3D laser scanning survey team activities.
- Allocate work appropriately and ensure survey reports and findings are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards and project requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, supervise, and execute 3D laser scanning survey operations
- Direct transportation, setup, operation, and maintenance of 3D laser scanning equipment
- Prepare project progress reports and conduct project briefings
- Plan and analyze the collection of 3D laser scanning data
- Supervise processing of 3D laser scanning data into final deliverables per project requirements
- Ensure integrity and quality of acquired data
- Participate in implementation of company Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) programs
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and tested, with sufficient spares, manuals, and consumables available
- Ensure survey team familiarity with equipment and readiness for surveys
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D laser scanning and modeling techniques
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in GNSS and conventional surveying techniques
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting as-built construction and engineering plans
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety standards relevant to the role
**Technical & Professional Skills**
- Extensive knowledge of 3D laser scanning theory and applications
- Experience using 3D laser scanning, CADD, GIS, and project planning applications
- Relevant computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Competent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
