Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring an Assistant Manager - GIS and Digital Information Solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a technical GIS infrastructure role focused on the deployment, support, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS Enterprise in close collaboration with IT and development teams.
**About the Role:**
The role requires a highly skilled GIS professional who can manage ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, support system integrations, and resolve issues across GIS, IT, and application layers. The selected candidate will help ensure the performance, security, and reliability of the organization''s geospatial platform while also supporting development workflows and user operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise components including Portal, Server, Data Store, and Web Adaptor.
- Ensure high performance, availability, and stability of the GIS platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to publishing, GIS services, Single Sign-On (SSO), certificates, networking, and system performance.
- Work closely with IT teams on server configuration, firewall setup, Web Application Firewall (WAF), network optimization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Support GIS development workflows including REST APIs, web maps, custom applications, and system integrations.
- Manage support tickets and respond to user issues efficiently.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
- Monitor platform operations to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.
- Contribute to improving security, scalability, and effectiveness of geospatial operations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or GIS.
- Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, networking, and API fundamentals.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across GIS, IT, and application layers.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
