**Role Summary**
- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled technical GIS professional who will play a pivotal role in the deployment, support, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS Enterprise.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain the full suite of ArcGIS Enterprise components, including:
- Portal
- Server
- Data Store
- Web Adaptor
ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with relevant teams, focusing on:
- Publishing
- Services
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Certificates
- Networking
- Overall system performance
to maintain high service levels and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to manage and optimize:
- Server configurations
- Networks
- Firewall settings
- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- Cloud infrastructure
and ensure robust system security protocols are in place.
- Support basic GIS application development workflows, including:
- REST APIs
- Web maps
- Custom applications
- Integrations
to drive innovation and enhance user engagement.
- Manage user support tickets efficiently, maintain comprehensive documentation, and oversee operational monitoring to ensure a smooth and effective user experience across the GIS platform.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or GIS
- Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture
- Good understanding of Windows Server, networking, and API basics
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across GIS, IT, and application layers
- Good communication and documentation skills
