Connvertex Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level GIS Analyst for remote help desk support. The role focuses on ArcGIS troubleshooting, customer service, and GIS ticket management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide verbal technical assistance for GIS-related customer support issues.
- Serve as the primary GIS help desk contact for ticket handling and routing.
- Use ServiceNow to document, assign, and resolve user issues.
- Perform GIS analysis using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
- Work with linear referencing systems as needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external users.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
- Experience in GIS help desk or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of enterprise ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.
