**RCP** is hiring a mid-level **GIS Analyst** to join its Integrity Management team and support clients across the United States. This fully remote role focuses on spatial data analysis and mapping related to pipeline safety, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions.
**Estimated Salary:** \$67,900 – \$89,600 annually

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct HCA identifications, class location analysis, and risk assessments.
- Perform overland spill modeling and air dispersion analyses.
- Prepare pipeline maps, interpret surveys, and create custom cartography.
- Manage spatial datasets and perform data QA/QC and processing.
- Execute NPMS and RRC submittals using standard GIS workflows.
- Document project methods, data sources, and limitations.
- Collaborate directly with clients and provide high-quality deliverables.
- Develop automated tools and support GIS database enhancements.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geology, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on GIS experience.
- Proficiency with ESRI software (ArcGIS), geoprocessing tools, and relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of GIS for pipelines or other linear assets is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, cartographic design, and data modeling.
