**About the Role:**
The GIS Consultant will work closely with clients, sales teams, and technical resources to design, implement, and support GIS solutions. This role combines technical expertise with consulting, strategy, and customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on enterprise GIS systems and Esri-based platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct needs assessments and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design GIS strategies and recommend system improvements and integrations.
- Plan and implement GIS solutions in an Esri environment.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, and technical teams.
- Develop operational procedures, best practices, and documentation.
- Create training materials and provide user training and support.
