**Overview**  
Join a multidisciplinary team of remote sensing/GIS experts, developers, and scientists (agronomy, environmental, ecosystems). Build high-quality geospatial solutions across desktop and web, primarily in the **Esri** stack. You’ll develop/edit geospatial data, run spatial analyses, document processes, enforce data standards, build **Experience Builder** web apps, and help mentor interns.
**Primary Responsibilities**  
- Collaborate across science disciplines to deliver spatial solutions for agriculture & environmental challenges.  
- Develop/refine geospatial analysis protocols; design spatial/statistical modeling applications.  
- Build and maintain **ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS Online/Experience Builder** apps and content.  
- Manage data collection workflows; transform, QA/QC, and load to enterprise geodatabases.  
- Script/automate processes (**Python/ArcPy/GeoPandas/Pandas/Shapely/PyProj**).  
- Produce maps, illustrations, and documentation aligned with Land IQ data standards.  
- Support IT/networking/system design considerations in GIS delivery.  
- After onboarding, assist with training materials and mentor interns.
**Required Qualifications**  
- BS/MS in GIS, CS/MIS, Geography, or related.  
- **2–5 years** (industry preferred) in geospatial roles.  
- Deep knowledge of **Esri** software (**ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder**).  
- Experience with multiuser GIS systems, databases, and environments.  
- Proficient **Python**; ability to write/maintain scripts and tools.  
- Spatial analysis & geoprocessing (vector/raster), cartography, web app support.  
- Database design/management & **QA/QC**, including data privacy methods.
**Preferred**  
- Applied GIS in natural science/engineering; spatial/statistical modeling.  
- Leading small meetings/workgroups; knowledge of agronomic practices.  
- RDBMS: **SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MS Access**.  
- Understanding of remote sensing analysis.
