**Estimated Base Salary Range:** USD 87,360 – 139,360

**Overview:**
Leverage your telecommunications industry experience and subject matter expertise to identify, craft, and deliver industry campaigns that support targeted business goals and objectives. As a GIS Industry Solutions Specialist for Telecommunications, you will research and report on financial, technological, and market factors that affect the telecommunications industry.

You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to help define, execute, and measure the telecommunications marketing plan while supporting demand generation, industry positioning, and customer engagement through GIS-based solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create, manage, and execute campaign tactics and related internal communications to achieve integrated campaign success goals, including:
- Conferences
- Trade shows
- Seminars
- Webinars
- Workshops
- Develop and manage collateral such as:
- Blogs
- White papers
- Brochures
- Articles
- Support campaign execution across:
- Web platforms
- Social media channels
- Press media
- Advertising initiatives
- Align and collaborate with multiple Esri teams, including:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Product development
- International distributors
- Training teams
- Partner teams
to successfully deliver campaigns and qualified leads.
- Work with Industry Managers and Marketing Specialists to track campaign progress at every stage and proactively steer activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Research, evaluate, and lead efforts on strategic industry positioning within the telecommunications industry, gaining validation from internal and external experts.
- Collaborate across business development and professional services teams to identify industry-specific solution requirements and contribute to the development of industry offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong telecommunications user community through:
- Printed materials
- Online forums
- User groups
- Develop deep GIS domain expertise and provide:
- Product demonstrations
- Industry expertise
to support press briefings, analyst engagements, partner interactions, and customer meetings.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of GIS and its application within the telecommunications domain.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Marketing, GIS, or Geography.

**Recommended Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce.
