**Role: GIS Specialist — PMO (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)**  
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical GIS Specialist to support landscape/urban development projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). You’ll develop GIS data products, deliver spatial insights, and integrate geospatial intelligence into planning, design, and decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain GIS databases, maps, dashboards, and spatial analyses for urban planning and design.  
- Collaborate with planners, architects, and PMs to integrate GIS into project workflows.  
- Produce high-quality maps/visualizations for presentations and reports.  
- Manage and analyze large datasets (land use, zoning, infrastructure, environmental).  
- Provide GIS-based insights for planning, monitoring, and decision support within PMO.  
- Build GIS solutions to optimize planning, design, construction, and operations workflows.  
- Track GIS tech trends (urban forestry, asset management) and recommend innovations.  
- Ensure compliance with Saudi urban planning regulations and policies.  
- Provide technical support/training and review GIS submissions/reports across projects.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in GIS/Geomatics/CS/Urban Planning (Master’s preferred).  
- 3–5 years’ GIS and urban planning experience (PMO/project environment preferred).  
- Proficiency in ArcGIS & QGIS; advanced spatial analysis and cartography.  
- Strong knowledge of urban development, land use, and spatial data analysis.  
- Experience with remote sensing, image interpretation, and CAD.  
- Excellent data management; comfortable with complex datasets.  
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and PMO processes.  
- Knowledge of Saudi planning regs is highly desirable.  
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (English).  
- GISP certification is a plus.
