**Overview**
Omada Rail Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical GIS Specialist to support planning, design, construction, and operations workflows. You will build and maintain GIS datasets, deliver spatial analyses for project decisions, and collaborate across PMO, planning, and engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain GIS databases, maps, dashboards, and spatial analyses for urban/transport projects.
- Integrate GIS with planning and design processes; collaborate with planners, architects, and PMs.
- Produce high-quality cartographic outputs and visualizations for reports and presentations.
- Manage and analyze large datasets (land use, zoning, infrastructure, environmental).
- Provide GIS-based insights for project planning, monitoring, and decision-making within the PMO.
- Design GIS solutions to optimize planning, design, construction, and operations workflows.
- Track relevant GIS tech (e.g., urban forestry, asset management) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi urban planning regulations and policies.
- Provide technical support/training and review GIS submissions and GIS-related reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in GIS/Geomatics/CS/Urban Planning (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of GIS + urban planning experience (PMO/project environment preferred).
- Proficient in ArcGIS & QGIS; advanced spatial analysis and mapping.
- Knowledge of urban development principles, land use planning, and spatial data analysis.
- Experience with remote sensing, image interpretation, and CAD.
- Strong data management for large/complex datasets.
- Familiar with project management methodologies and PMO processes.
- Knowledge of Saudi planning regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and English communication skills.
- GISP certification is a plus.
