**Overview**
Support departmental GIS operations focused on **data creation, maintenance, QA/QC**, and map production using **ESRI ArcGIS**. Maintain data accuracy/completeness in the **GIS Geodatabase**, perform QC checks per established procedures, and prepare technical/user documentation and training materials.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use ESRI ArcGIS tools to input, edit, and produce maps tied to geodatabase info.
- Assist in designing geodatabase structures, tables, forms, and reports.
- Fulfill requests for maps, charts, GIS analyses, and custom GIS projects.
- Perform spatial processing and non-spatial data entry; run QA programs.
- Validate data against the **data dictionary**; prepare project documentation.
- Provide feedback on production issues; organize/maintain technical docs.
- Prepare/maintain **GIS app user manuals, training manuals, safety docs**.
- Ensure on-time delivery and proper use of tools/materials.
- Cooperate with QA/Continual Improvement for **ISO / Risk / ISMS** certifications.
- Ensure compliance with **Kahramaa HSE** regulations.

**Requirements**
- BSc in GIS or equivalent; ESRI ArcGIS training certificates.
- **6+ years** GIS data processing & **6+ years** GIS QA/QC with ESRI ArcGIS; **6+ years** as GIS Support.
- Knowledge of **Enterprise Geodatabase multiuser editing** and latest **AutoCAD**.
- Strong communication; ability to work in teams and with minimal supervision.
- Office-based (100%); on-call availability; age range 21–50.
