**Overview**
Plan and execute field surveys to capture precise positional information (points, elevations, lines, areas, contours, attributes) for **KAHRAMAA** underground/surface network assets. Convert and transfer surveyed data into **GIS**, update the **GIS Database** via automated tools, and produce accurate as-built deliverables that support utility maintenance and enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct field surveys for new/replacement/maintenance works; identify and record KAHRAMAA assets and other underground/surface features.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers/contractors to survey KAHRAMAA projects.
- Compile field notes, sketches, reports; process site info in survey software; organize data in defined server structures.
- Transfer/convert surveyed information and prepare **GIS** data; update GIS database using automated tools.
- Lead subordinate survey team members; maintain survey equipment and records.
- Support ISO / Risk Management / **ISMS** certification efforts with QA/CI teams.
- Ensure compliance with **Kahramaa HSE** regulations; perform other related duties as required.

**Requirements**
- Minimum **Diploma in Civil Engineering** (required); **AutoCAD certification**.
- **5+ years** relevant surveying experience.
- Knowledge of **AutoCAD**, **survey software**, **ArcGIS**.
- **Qatar Driving License** required.
- Written/spoken **English** essential; **Arabic** preferred (basic understanding acceptable).
- Awareness of KAHRAMAA asset-laying technical requirements and H&S.
- Capable of lifting/handling equipment; available for on-call duty after hours.

**Work Environment**
- **90% Site**, **10% Office**.
