**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in application development and a passion for geospatial technology. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining GIS applications that support various business projects and enable smarter decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain GIS applications using technologies such as .NET, Java, and SQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional GIS solutions.

- Implement robust database structures and queries using MySQL and Azure.

- Use version control tools like GitHub and SVN to manage codebase and project versions.

- Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Provide training and ongoing technical support to GIS end-users.

- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in GIS development.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Proficiency in .NET, Java, and SQL for GIS-based application development.

- Experience with GitHub and SVN version control systems.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure), MySQL databases, and Linux environments.

- Solid understanding of GIS concepts and systems integration.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Schedule:**

- 8-hour shift (fully remote)
