**Role Summary**
- HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform accurate field measurements, boundary assessments, and topographic mapping for engineering and construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other precision equipment
- Interpret and analyze survey data to produce accurate maps, site layouts, and reports
- Establish control points, boundaries, and benchmarks in line with project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate survey results into designs
- Ensure all survey activities comply with legal standards, project requirements, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly to ensure accuracy
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, records, and reports
- Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure alignment with design layouts and elevations
- Resolve discrepancies between design data and actual field conditions
- Supervise junior survey staff and coordinate on-site survey tasks
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university with over 7 years of relevant experience
- OR Master’s degree (MSc) in a related discipline from a recognized university with over 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with surveying instruments and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Leica, and Trimble
- In-depth knowledge of land surveying techniques, mapping standards, and local regulations
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with legal land boundaries and documentation
