**Mace** is hiring a **Project Manager – GIS** to lead critical energy infrastructure projects across Ireland. Based in **Dublin**, this role focuses on **ground site investigations (GSI)** and **landowner engagement** as part of the country’s high-voltage network upgrade under the national climate action plan.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead planning and execution of **ground site investigations** (GSI) across Ireland’s transmission network.
- Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to deliver **landowner agreements** and public engagement plans.
- Manage contractors and consultants through all project phases from conceptual to construction handover.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Oversee programme governance, reporting, scheduling, and procurement coordination.
- Drive delivery in line with the 2030 **Climate Action Plan** through innovative and sustainable infrastructure strategy.

**What You'll Need:**
- A technical or engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or utility projects.
- Strong background in **geotechnical investigation management**.
- Experience managing landowner engagement and compulsory purchase agreements (CPOs).
- Proficient in stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and project documentation.
- Understanding of sustainability principles in infrastructure delivery.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site inspections.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or similar professional bodies.
- Familiarity with energy transmission, utility operations, or regulated asset environments.
- Knowledge of carbon strategy and ESG-focused delivery models.
