San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is hiring a **Senior GIS Analyst (1053)** to lead enterprise GIS architecture and application development within the Infrastructure Information Management (IIM) division. The role includes technical leadership, team supervision, and strategic collaboration to enhance GIS support across airport operations.
**Salary:** \$129,506 – \$162,942 annually
**Location:** San Francisco, CA

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise GIS architecture.
- Develop and maintain ESRI-based GIS applications and tools.
- Design automated **ETL processes** to streamline data workflows.
- Integrate real-time spatial data for analytics and decision engines.
- Conduct QA/QC operations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with planners, engineers, and IT to align GIS solutions with business needs.
- Supervise junior GIS staff, assign tasks, and manage team productivity.
- Support asset management and field survey data collection using GPS and mobile GIS.
- Coordinate with BIM integration team for seamless infrastructure modeling.
- Deliver insights and tools to support airport capital projects and operations.
**Requirements:**
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (can be substituted with additional experience).
- 3+ years in information systems with GIS/IT focus.
- Proficiency in **ArcGIS**, **Python**, **SQL**, and **JavaScript**.
- Experience in application development, asset management, or large infrastructure environments.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
**Desirable Experience:**
- 5+ years in custom GIS development and enterprise implementation.
- Experience with **BIM–GIS integration**, **FME**, and **server performance optimization**.
- Background in transportation or airport systems is a plus.
