Senior Manager - GIS - Mixed Real Estate

JASARA PMC seeks a **Senior Manager – GIS (Mixed Real Estate)** to lead GIS strategy and execution for a large mixed real estate program.
You’ll drive site selection, land-use planning, and development approvals by operationalizing mapping technologies, spatial analytics, and
data governance—partnering with PMs, planners, and stakeholders to embed GIS into program decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement GIS strategies and roadmaps for the mixed real estate program.
- Own geospatial data acquisition, QA, analysis, and presentation for planning and execution.
- Integrate GIS solutions into cross-functional workflows; deliver maps, models, and visualizations.
- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to support site selection and land-use planning.
- Establish standards and best practices; ensure data quality and repeatable processes.
- Provide training and support to project teams; champion innovation and new tools.
- Prepare reports/presentations for senior management and clients.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s in Geography/Urban Planning/CS or related field.
- 15+ years in GIS (program-level real estate/urban planning preferred).
- Strong with ArcGIS, QGIS, spatial analysis, cartography, and data visualization.
- Proven team leadership and project delivery; excellent communication.
- Saudi real estate market experience is highly desirable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
