Lead GIS operations to provide spatial data management, analysis, and visualization that support strategic planning and
project delivery for a leading mixed-use real estate developer in Saudi Arabia.
**Key Focus**
- Develop & maintain GIS databases; enforce accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Deliver spatial analysis for planning/design; build dashboards & visualizations for leadership.
- Integrate GIS with PMIS, BIM, and CDE platforms; standardize data & workflows.
- Train project teams on GIS applications and best practices.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years in GIS management (urban planning/development).
- Expertise with ArcGIS, QGIS, and integration platforms.
- Strong skills in data management/analysis, visualization, dashboards, communication, and training.
