**Estimated Base Salary Range:** USD 114,400 – 187,200

As a Senior Product Manager focused on ArcGIS Online, you will work with dynamic, cross-functional teams that are redefining how organizations think about geographic data and empowering users to apply GIS at local, national, and global scales.

ArcGIS Online is a fast-growth, high-impact product and a foundational component of Esri’s long-term strategy. This role requires a highly driven and self-motivated individual who will collaborate across Esri teams, partners, international distributors, and customers worldwide. You will champion customer needs, support sales and services teams, and contribute to Esri’s most strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**
- Gather and prioritize feedback from end users and administrators to influence product direction and identify emerging trends.
- Extract actionable requirements from user feedback and advocate for user perspectives across:
- Product strategy
- Product development
- Roadmap planning
- Collaborate with technical leads, developers, software engineers, internal business systems teams, and consultants to align requirements with execution.
- Build awareness across Esri’s global workforce of the system patterns supported by ArcGIS Online and its relationship to ArcGIS Enterprise and other core ArcGIS components.
- Assist sales teams in managing the customer product journey and evaluating total cost of ownership.
- Stay current on:
- Cloud technology trends
- ArcGIS platform evolution
- Enterprise-grade SaaS market expectations
- Create enablement content to support account managers and international distributors.
- Provide deep product expertise during customer engagements.
- Represent ArcGIS Online at events and ensure internal readiness for product launches across teams.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or a related role.
- Experience with SaaS and/or cloud-based software principles and design.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through decision-making, balance perspectives, and build consensus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to:
- Discuss technical concepts with development teams
- Clearly explain solutions to executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven expertise in researching customer problems and translating them into prioritized product requirements.
- Proficiency in:
- System design
- Human-centered design
- Creating technical documentation for complex systems
- Ability to identify market opportunities, communicate product value, and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10%–20% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.

**Recommended Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional experience contributing to software development, technical consulting, training, or product support teams.
- Experience with cloud and database technologies, particularly SQL and file storage services.
- Experience with developer technologies such as JavaScript, Python, or scripting languages.
- Certification in product management, project management, or change management from:
- Pragmatic Institute
- Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Or equivalent organizations
