Egis is hiring an experienced Surveyor for its Omada Rail Systems team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

**About the Role:**
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and field surveys, collecting and analyzing survey data, and preparing accurate maps, plans, and reports for engineering, construction, and development projects. The role requires strong technical accuracy, field capability, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and modern techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data.
- Prepare detailed maps, plans, and technical reports.
- Use GIS software to manage, process, and organize spatial data.
- Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams on construction and development work.
- Ensure compliance with local land regulations, survey standards, and industry requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all survey activities, findings, and measurements.
- Prepare survey reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Calibrate and maintain surveying instruments to ensure reliable results.
- Stay updated with new surveying technologies, workflows, and best practices.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor''s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying or related work.
- Previous Middle East experience is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as RICS is an advantage.
- Proficiency in surveying instruments, GIS software, and CAD applications.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, land laws, and relevant standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor field conditions.
- Physical stamina to work in difficult terrain when required.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel within the region when needed.
