**Responsibilities:**
- Develop urban plans and strategies addressing Riyadh’s unique growth challenges.
- Conduct research on urban trends, demographics, and environmental data.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and specialists to develop integrated plans.
- Present findings and plans to government bodies and community stakeholders.
- Analyze complex datasets to support data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate public engagement sessions and workshops.
- Ensure alignment with local and national planning policies.
- Promote resilient and sustainable urban development strategies.
- Use GIS and mapping tools for spatial visualization of plans.
- Stay current with global urban planning best practices and innovations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in sustainable and innovative urban planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in GIS tools and mapping applications.
- Deep understanding of zoning, land use, and urban policy.
- Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for enhancing urban livability and resilience.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian urban policies and culture is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills desirable.
