Egis Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical GIS Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will support urban development projects through GIS-based insights and spatial decision-making tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain GIS databases, maps, and spatial analyses to support urban planning and design initiatives.
- Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and project managers to integrate GIS data into planning processes.
- Conduct spatial analysis and create high-quality maps and visualisations for reports and presentations.
- Manage and analyse complex datasets including land use, zoning, infrastructure, and environmental layers.
- Support the PMO by providing GIS-based insights for planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
- Implement GIS-based solutions to enhance planning, design, construction, and operational workflows.
- Stay updated with GIS technology trends in urban forestry and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian urban planning regulations in GIS activities.
- Provide technical support and training on GIS tools and workflows.
- Review GIS submissions and spatial reports for all ongoing projects.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in GIS and urban planning, ideally within a PMO or project management setting.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and QGIS for advanced spatial analysis and mapping.
- Strong understanding of land use planning, urban development principles, and spatial data workflows.
- Experience with remote sensing, satellite imagery interpretation, and CAD software.
- Solid skills in managing large, complex datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with PMO methodologies and project lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian planning policies and regulations (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- GIS Professional (GISP) certification is a plus.
