**About the Role:**

The Land GIS Analyst will support ExxonMobil’s Permian operations by managing and analyzing spatial data related to land management, delivering map production and geospatial applications using advanced ArcGIS tools in a cloud-integrated enterprise environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Produce high-quality maps and spatial analyses using ArcGIS 10.8.x and ArcGIS Pro 3.x.

- Build and manage interactive web applications with Experience Builder, ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, and Portal.

- Digitize complex land descriptions (metes and bounds) in an SDE environment.

- Query land management systems to manage daily spatial workloads.

- Collaborate across oil and gas functions with minimal supervision to execute GIS tasks.

- Ensure spatial data integrity, accuracy, and linkage to land management databases.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor of Science in GIS, Geography, Business, or Computer Science.

- 3+ years experience mapping land survey data (metes and bounds, quarter calls, etc.).

- 3+ years maintaining spatial data in SDE databases.

- 3+ years working in the upstream oil & gas industry.

- 5+ years working with ESRI software including ArcGIS and ArcPro.

- Proficient in spatial concepts: projections, coordinate systems, transformations.

- Strong communication skills to translate technical needs for non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server for spatial data storage and querying.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Deep knowledge of ESRI tools: Portal, Server, SDE, GeoEvent Server.

- Familiarity with Quorum Land, MyQuorum, and QuorumGIS.

- Experience operating GIS systems in Azure or AWS.

- Proficiency in Model Builder, Python API, ESRI JavaScript API, and Arcade scripting.

- Alteryx for data processing and automation workflows.
